Youth Safety First Framework for Personal Safety & Violence Prevention
Our education and intervention programmes are built around a practical, evidence-informed framework designed to help young people stay safe, make positive choices, and respond effectively in unsafe situations. The three pillars of Prepare, Prevent, and Protect (See it!, Stop it!, Safe! for primary settings) guide young people through a progressive understanding of personal safety and conflict avoidance.

This three-pillar model creates a strong foundation for lifelong safety, responsibility, and resilience. It’s flexible, scalable, and relevant across all settings, from schools and youth groups to community spaces and homes.

1. PREPARE
Situational Awareness & Risk Recognition
2. PREVENT
Decision-Making & Conflict Avoidance
3. PROTECT
