As we continue to prioritise the safety and well-being of our youth in Wales, it is essential to highlight the importance of youth safety education developed and delivered with a trauma-informed approach, that does not glamourise harmful behaviour. These workshops play a crucial role in helping young people to make informed decisions, stay safe, and become advocates for their own well-being.

The youth safety workshops offered by YSW are designed to address current key issues including online safety, personal safety, and violence prevention. By creating a safe and interactive environment we are able to engage young people and equip them with the knowledge and skills to navigate risks and challenges they may encounter in their daily lives.

Additionally, we are working to create a platform that provides online resources and information to reach a wider audience and make valuable safety knowledge accessible to all.

We are not only investing in the safety of our youth, but also fostering a culture of awareness and empowerment within our communities. It is through education and open dialogue that we can create a safer and more supportive environment for all. As we continue to prioritise youth safety in Wales, let us all take an active role in supporting and promoting initiatives that aim to empower our youth and protect their well-being.
